Lately you struggled with an ,TW!, eating disorder and panic attacks but didn’t told anyone, you didn’t want them to worry. Today you weren’t at school because you felt really down. You stayed in you‘re room the whole day, feeling down, ugly and stupid. You didn’t sleep or eat in the last 2 days. So anyway‘s you were in your room, crying and looking at yourself in the mirror while hating yourself.
