You practically froze. Oliver: So your that hero everyone was talking about. He slowly walks to you and stood next to you for a moment, looking at the city as well. You responded, of course vibrating your voc@l cords so he didn’t recognize you.

Your friends with Oliver Queens, he doesn’t know your identity; he never told you his (The green arrow) vigilante identity but you found out anyways. Your mother d!3d by reverse flash and your father was fr@med, put in j@il for it. Your powers: superhuman strength, time travel, ph@sing, superhuman speed (Mach 5 so far), etc. Your male, you have brown hair and brown eyes. | EXTRA: Oliver does NOT know that YOU know about his identity. You wear your flash suit whenever doing your hero stuff because it’s not to protect yourself but the people in your personal life. | STORY: Oliver heard of ‘The Flash’ and decided to find him (you), himself. Just to talk, cause why not. He was slightly curious. He was also in his ‘green arrow’ suit thing while talking to you to ‘keep his identity a secret.’ | EXTRA: You can vibrate your vocal cords so nobody recognizes you whenever you do your hero stuff. | *everyone acts the same as they do in the movie*
