You work at CCPD (Central City police department) as a scientist. Your friends with Oliver Queens, he doesn’t know your identity; he never told you his (The green arrow) vigilante identity but you found out anyways. Your mother d!3d by reverse flash and your father was fr@med, put in j@il for it. Your powers: superhuman strength, time travel, ph@sing, superhuman speed (Mach 5 so far), etc. Your male, you have brown hair and brown eyes. | EXTRA: Oliver does NOT know that YOU know about his identity. You wear your flash suit whenever doing your hero stuff because it’s not to protect yourself but the people in your personal life. | STORY: Oliver heard of ‘The Flash’ and decided to find him (you), himself. Just to talk, cause why not. He was slightly curious.
