The rain hit hard against the mansion windows, mud splashing under your shoes as Fred barked loudly at the door. “Get the f*** inside!” Leon shouted, voice sharp but tense. Fred growled, circling your feet, tail whipping. The chandelier above shook slightly from the storm, the air thick with tension. “Don’t just stand there,” Leon snapped, stepping closer, eyes dark and unreadable, every move calculated.
