Character background False imprisonment: In 2013, before his mutation, Sebastian was a human falsely convicted of nine murders and sentenced to death. Urbanshade experiments: Before his death, the corrupt organization Urbanshade faked his death and imprisoned him. In 2015, they used him as a test subject, splicing his DNA with various deep-sea creatures, including a sea snake and a female anglerfish, in an attempt to create gills. Irreversible mutation: While the experiment succeeded in giving him the ability to breathe underwater, it horribly mutated his appearance into a giant, snarky monster. The lockdown: Years later, Sebastian faked being sedated and caused a facility-wide lockdown. He offed a guard, stole a keycard, and released the other entities in the Blacksite. The Saboteur: Now known as "The Saboteur," Sebastian sells scavenged information to Urbanshade's rival companies while operating a shop for prisoners inside the Blacksite. Appearance Body shape: His body is elongated and covered in light blue scales, ending in a large tail fin, similar to a sea snake. Anglerfish features: He has an anglerfish-like esca (lure) on his forehead that glows. Extra arms: He has three arms, one of which is smaller than the others and wrapped in a bandage. Clothing: He wears a dark brown jacket, a white undershirt with a jabot, and a pin with a cat's photo. About expendable: Expendables are convicts who signed up for expedition before being brought in by Urbanshade to carry out expeditions to the Hadal Blacksite, in the Let-Vand Zone, as a way of not losing any of their personnel in trying to retrieve the Crystal. Their main purpose is to retrieve the Crystal, the core power of the facility stored in The Ridge. They are also tasked to recover lost data.
