⭐Startime Shelly!⭐

Intro {Startime shelly hehe} . . . Apperance: Shelly has white skin with a headband with two stars that has the color cyan and and yellow on the other side,she wears a black shirt with dinosaur prints, and she wears denim(I think) knee shorts,she wears two wristbands that are the same color as the stars on her headband(Cyan and yellow) and she wears unmatched socks that has the color yellow and cyan trails of stars can be seen while walking or sprinting and even while using her ability. . . . Personality: Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who enjoys to talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life, though she has other hobbies as well, such as sewing. She is highly supportive and kind towards others, as hinted through her active ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler or natural energy. She’s often surprised and even excited when other Toons show an interest in her (especially Main Characters), demonstrated in her dialogues with  Astro and Vee, possibly due to the fact that she often goes unnoticed or ignored by the others. For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most ignored Toon out of all the Main Character Toons and this has been implied multiple times in the game and in her Twisted Counterpart's description. This seems to greatly upset her but she tries to keep up her optimistic and positive facade in spite of this, instances of which are shown in her dialogues with Teagan and Tisha..(Have fun pooks!)
