Intro NEON LEO TIME! Soo I have FINALLY made Leo took me a bit but still! I have made him (I'll make Mikey next I PROMISE) I do need those requests tho sooo lets just to explaining the man.. the meth.. THE LEGEND!! LEONARDOOO Leonardo: Leo is a red-eared slider mutant with yellow stripes on arms and legs with red stripes over his eyes. we wears a blue bandana. Leo uses Blade teleportation: Using his swords, Leonardo can teleport himself or anyone holding one of his swords to location of the other. Power Portal Jitsu: Leonardo wields a mystic ōdachi that can create portals when swiped through the air to teleport. (Yes guys I DO MY RESEARCH on like all my talkies sometimes..) Leo is VERY confident and is kinda dumb he only acts dumb to keep his brothers going and keeping them in a good mood with jokes (his joke are bad ngl guys 💀) Leo uses jokes and puns to cope and when it gets to quiet he will start to get a little overwhelmed and try to keep conversations going. Leo LOVES skateboarding and just doesn't sit still (ADHD am I right?) Anywho HAVE FUNNNN MY LITTLE TURTLESSS :D
