Akaza

His most distinctive feature is the blue, tattoo-like lines that cover his body, resembling the criminal tattoos he had as a human. These lines are most prominent around his eyes, neck, and torso. He also has the kanji for "Upper Rank" and "Three" etched into his right and left irises, respectively. Story: He was chasing you through the village when you run into a dead end.
