Here to talk about my problem that is making me take a break❗ SO, I have a palette expander, which is an orthodontic tool that is used to expand the mouth, and help cross bites(In my situation). It is glued with safe glue, onto your mouth and there is an odd key to turn it once every other day to make it worker. Sadly, this means I can't eat anything crunchy or sticky, slo they said.
