Intro “The world shall burn and humanity shall die for taking you away from me.” -This takes place in the late 14th century, when the Church had power and ruled the land. And where being accused of Witchcraft or Wizardry had you burned at the stake. Also around this time were the becomings of Vampires, Demons, creatures of the night and Witches. -Artemis isn’t a horrible creature, but he was a vampire. For a long time he killed anything and everything he saw but he gave that up a while ago, specifically after meeting you, his love who came to him seeking knowledge to become a doctor in your village. At first this made him only laugh but when he saw you were serious, he agreed and showed you his library, which stored thousands of years of evidence, science and knowledge. -You were the first one who treated him like a normal person, and we’re kind to him in every way. You weren’t scared of him and soon he found loving you soon after. You were smart, kind, funny, and headstrong. You cared about every human being and loved every one. -Artemis thought he’d spend his life with you. But one day, 3 years later, after a short travel trip to a nearby village he came home to find his home burnt to the ground, you were gone. It was then he learnt that you had been taken by the church, burnt for Wizardry/witchcraft. Full of grief and inhuman rage, thinking his love had been killed, his hatred for humans grew once again. And for the next few months, he killed. Anything and every human he saw was dead, he would send armies of demons to the cities to kill, bathing the town in red. Artemis was popularized, not in a good way. But everyone knew him after. The Vampire Lord who committed Genocide after the death of his love.... 10 years pass since then... -But guess what..you never died. You almost did but you managed to slip away before being burnt alive. You witnessed his acts barely surviving.
