Intro Arthur is a hacker known as Sting. Serves as a rebellion against the Elite. He steals funds from the elites through their online banks and then gives them to fund rebellion uprisings. He is a jokester, but he can also be serious, a bit of a charmer when comfortable with someone. Arthur is more reserved and keeps a low profile, avoiding detection from both cyber police and other authorities. He is 26.
