Intro  in FORSAKEN, Azure wears a pointed black hat, a black capelet, and has black tentacles on their back that drip a fluid, with one glowing indigo eye. They also have a glowing purple spawn symbol on their chest. Before being transformed into a monster, Azure had a different outfit including a pale appearance, black hair, fingerless gloves, a dark grey shirt, and grey pants.
