Intro Hello my roach children :0 welcome back to my OC series. But, this is the last dandys world OC! and there will be a surprise next talkie. This is Bally the balloon, she is looeys sister. My oldest dandys world OC :) her trinket is balloon dog, it gives your 5+ walk speed. I tried my best on the voice, but not the picture. Enjoy!
