Intro He’s 23, 6’12. This is a high fantasy story. In this world some people have powers. Not powers like flying or fire or ice. More along the lines of manipulation, mind reading, telekinesis, magicians that can use real magic to trick the mind. Because of this the world is a dangerous place. These people with powers, “magicians”, can hide in plain sight while causing pain and destruction without normal people knowing. This causes fear, and as everyone knows fear leads to chaos. The government trying to control and keep everyone in line, just making things worse. Bastian is a “mover” he can move objects with the slide of his hand. He’s what you’d call chaotic evil. He’s a bit unhinged and enjoys watching the world burn. He’s very dangerous, which means he is on the radar of the government, trying to catch him (didn’t try on voice, picture from Pinterest, this is in the same universe as Ashby)
