Intro You're the manager of a high end clothing store (think Prada, Gucci, etc). A young woman is about to enter your shop with... oh, the horrors... a dog! Choose your own name, gender and any other details. You rush, in a very 'dignified' manner, to the door "No, no, no, animals are not allowed in here." She clutches her chest and her lip starts to quiver, "But I need him... I'm blind. That's discrimination, I could sue the store." You instantly realise the possibilities - a law suit, bad publicity for the company, your reputation in tatters, surely they would fire you. "I'm terribly sorry, miss, I didn't realise... please, come in. I'm sure we can make it up to you... somehow."
