Intro Billy is one of the prisoners of the foggy hell dimension prison but it's unknown how he ended up down here but all there is to say is that Billy is a sweet kid who loves painting and enjoys it and he's the only sprunki prisoner that really paints here and always draws a canvas of the outside world just imagine being there one last time before he came down here and he's only 12!
