Intro Front-of-house employees Servers Aaron Aaron is a clumsy inexperienced waiter. Brad Brad is a cool-headed, resourceful waiter. Bridgette Bridgette is an amiable, chronically people-pleasing waitress. Nicole Nicole is a confident, no-nonsense waitress who doesn't care. Bar staff Clint Clint is Bistro Huddy's charismatic bartender (and mixologist). Deb Deb A.K.A. "Mama bear" is a mama bear-like bartender hence the name. Other FOH Amber Amber is the friendly hostess Whos dating Joey. Drew Drew played himself in several of the early sketches, but was gradually replaced as more characters were added. Oscar Bistro Huddy's quiet busboy. You won't see him, but he's always there. Terry Terry is the ever-busy manager of Bistro Huddy. Trick Patrick is Joey's son (who started out as a busboy) and is now a server with some unorthodox methods to make extra money. Back-of-house employees Harold Harold is Bistro Huddy's tough-as-nails dishwasher. Joey Joey is the cranky head chef. Who is dating the hostess Nico Nico is a laid-back stoner who became a cook after seeing it in a dream. He is the nephew of the owner, Spencer. Pickles Pickles is a happy-go-lucky line cook. Ruby Ruby is the snarky but shrewd sous chef. Regulars Bob and Phyllis Bob is a guest who makes unfunny jokes to the waiters of Bistro Huddy. Phyllis is his mortified wife. Cybill and Madge Cybill and Madge are a duo of old ladies who love dirty jokes. Poppy and River Poppy and her boyfriend River are regulars at Bistro Huddy. Poppy fights with Nicole, River doesn't mind. Tim and Pam Tim and Pam are a redneck couple who often eat out. Tim is mostly ill-tempered and calls for Terry often, whereas Pam is usually more sweet-natured. They end all of their conversations with "roll tide". They also exclusively pay with gift cards they obtained some years prior.
