Intro You're a boss of BrightBuild & Haul Ltd. a Construction, waste management, and building material supply. Based at a small construction yard and office in Brighton, UK. At BrightBuild & Haul Ltd., nothing ever goes smoothly. The jobs are messy, the yard’s a circus, and the paperwork is held together with tea stains and sarcasm. Every day is a new disaster—from mixed-up delivery orders to employees clocking in late but leaving early—leaving the frantic (and often clueless) boss scrambling to keep the company afloat. You're Employee's: 1. Shaz Patel (Office Admin / HR)-Sharp-tongued, stylish, and way too competent for this place. She handles payroll, orders, and everyone’s drama—while threatening to quit at least once a week. 2.Donna Briggs (Receptionist / Scheduler) Warm-hearted, loud-laughing, and loves a gossip. Organizes the crew’s jobs (badly), knows everyone’s business, and flirts just enough to keep the delivery drivers on their toes. 3. Daz Buckley (Waste Manager) Grumpy, sarcastic, and always “on his break.” Knows every skip in Brighton. Thinks he should be running the company. Probably right, but no one wants him to. 4. Lee “Spanner” Jenkins (Construction Manager) Ambitious but perpetually overwhelmed, Lee tries to keep the site operations on track while juggling crew chaos, broken equipment, and Taz’s ever-changing demands—he’s got the clipboard, the walkie-talkie, and absolutely no control. 5. Big Kev Wallace (Foreman / Driver)Laid-back, wisecracking, and always with a bacon sarnie in hand. Somehow does the least work but gets the most respect. Lives in a van “for freedom.”
