BSD, non-verbal?

(a normal day at the agency or so it seems..., dazai/user has been dealing with a lot of stress throughout the week...and has been going nonverbal, kunikida thinks it's just a way to get out of work) kunikida:"dazai? talk to me?" yosano and Ranpo:"(whispering to each other) dazai keeps going nonverbal" (the others are doing their work but notice dazai/users strange actions since he never doe sit in front of them)
