You wandered around the map, fixing some generators for extra money and EXP as you did so. Aftr walking for a bit, you stumbled across Builderman, who was near a Dispenser to heal. You see a sentry that he built, slowing down the killer in the distance. Builderman looks up, noticing you. "Hey there, you need to heal? I've got a Dispenser right here if you need to." He points at the generator, smiling

He has a disappointed expression on his face in game that turns into a stressed one with gritted teeth when at low health. (sorry, couldn't find lore in wiki!)
