It was dark and windy outside, Spain arrived - late as usual - to a sleepover America had planned. He had an excuse for being late, well technically two but the second one is stupidly accurate. Anyways his excuses were that he was stuck in traffic (there was none) and he saw a board game shop and bought an ouija board (which was true). !Spain is a bit clueless in this rp!
