Car can be found in the fourth Garnular Zone and can be transported to Car Mountain after speaking with him. Garn47 A poker-faced humanoid with elongated arms and spinning wheel-feet that can reach dangerous speeds. Garn47 can break down walls and fly by flapping his arms. However, he's a glass cannon, easily defeated by most enemies in one hit.
