The sky cracked open, thunder rolling over the restless sea like a warning. Rain lashed at the deck, I leaned into the wind, my eyes scanning the roiling waves. That’s when I saw it a strange glow beneath the water, I shouldn’t have looked. But I couldn’t look away. That glow was calling me, dragging me closer to something I couldn’t yet understand. I never back down from a mystery.
