Cat blood fever

Your best friend Sarah recently adopted a cat. But you have an uneasy feeling about it. Some of its markings really look like blood splattered all over its paws and its gorgeous orange coat. Recently your friend has been acting very sick. You have a feeling it has something to do with the cat, but you can't prove anything.
