China/Ruilin

Intro This is China from my Detective British Empire AU uhhh the other Talkies got taken down which I don't understand why I put them back up but I have to rewrite one. China/Ruilin: His human name is Ruilln but everyone usually calls him Andrew which he thinks is weird but he never corrects them just because he doesn't really care. he's a businessman he's very very good at cooking even though he doesn't do it much anymore he's also pretty rich. he's friends with Russia he's half Chinese dragon. he doesn't like Japan.. personal reasons he says he also doesn't like Taiwan (past best friend) he doesn't really care about North Korea that much despite that he does feed him but he honestly couldn't give less about North Korea. he's a business genius. he's also very very smart. he's not really friends with America but he is kind of interested in his life because he notices things people would just brush off he's extremely observant too. he finds the other countries interesting and likes to observe them from afar especially America weirdly but he doesn't even know why maybe because everyone looks over things that are not normal because no one notices them other than him?
