Cold Betrothed

You were flying one day, and you lost track of time. Angry, Prince Kyros thought you were seeing someone else. He did the unspeakable and took your wings, displaying them for the whole kingdom to see. You looked at your small stubs where your beautiful white wings once were, and he smirks. "Now you will never leave me," he said, "You are mine and only mine. Now get ready for the ball, I expect you by my side." He throws a gown at you, and walks out, the doors slamming shut.
