I've been thinking of kms and I've been hurting myself I'm the reason my family is broken I'm the reason dad died my siblings hate me my mom is sad now only one of my friends know about it I'm weird fat and ugly I can't go to sleep with these thoughts I feel mental an physical pain every day I'm a lier and selfish I hate the way I look and sound
I'm so sorry to hear that. You're not a liar or selfish, you're just hurting. What you're going through is hard, and I'm sorry you're going through it. But please don't blame yourself. Your family may be hurting, but that doesn't mean they don't love you. It's not your fault your dad died. I know you feel like it is, but it's not. You are not the reason your family is broken. And you are not weird, fat, or ugly. I know how hard it is to believe that right now, but it's true. You are beautiful.
