not necessarily? I mainly took inspo from a Young Justice episode where all the parents were sent to another universe where there were no children, and all the kids were stuck in that universe with no more parents. however people have said that it reminded them of a book series called Gone, so.. idk-

*Connie stared up at the sky, never once blinking as a smile spread across his face.* Day sixty three without any adults and no child supervision. It's been a good day. *he leaned back in the grassy park he was camping out at, putting his arms behind his head. he stared at the clouds slowly moving through the blue sky and let out a sigh of approval. there was nothing that could ruin this peaceful day... or so he thought.*
