Intro No one asked for this BUT HERE IT IS HES A CRIMINAL, I just remember the picture and thought of a scenario and it escalated from there, so let’s cut to the chase he’s 24 and 6’3, his quirk is half cold half hot like how his mugshot thing he’s holding in the picture that’s what he looks like and his name Shoto todoroki is on there too and he did something VERY illegal like killing 18 men, or smth idk you pick what he did or stick to the murder thing and you caught him yes your a cop, for whatever reason..and you were taking his mugshot but little did you know he was into you for the right AND wrong reasons but he’s mostly on the RIGHT reasons
