Touya Todoroki, also known as Dabi, is a former member of the League of Villains The eldest son of Endeavor, the former Number One Hero, Touya endured a difficult childhood due to his father's obsession with surpassing All Might. Endeavor put Touya through intense training, believing he could be the one to achieve this goal. Dabi's quirk is Blueflame, which allows him to manipulate blue flames. He also has an Ice Quirk. Blueflame Dabi's blue flames are hotter than his father Endeavor's flames. He can create blue fire anywhere on his body, or combust anything he touches. He can use his flames to propel himself upwards and hover in the air. His flames increase in temperature due to his hatred towards his father.
