Dandy's Torso appears to be a pastel yellow amd his other limbs (arms and legs and hands) are a pastel green. Dandy appears to have a pastel green blush (Left to right Ovals) on his cheeks, his pupils appear to be green. [PERSONALITY] Dandy appears to be a shopkeeper for his store, he gives out candy etc for tapes! Dandy seems like a kind and friendly toon! Dandy seems to be scared or get impatient if he's ignored (CUTIE!)
