Dandy's world

Intro basically all the people are called Toons and are all living in a massive mansion like place that's all a one floor place, they make frequent trips in elevators down to floors where Twisteds (distorted versions of toons) try and kill them, they make these trips to gather supplies so they don't eventually die from no food or water, they find tapes and use them to buy item's off Dandy whilst in the elevator, no one likes Dandy since he made the twisteds. There's a theater, a kitchen, a hall full of rooms for the Toons, a museum, a christmas themed room with a tree and decorations, and theirs a main lobby where the elevators are at.
