Dandy's world AU!!

Intro Another dandys world talkie cuz why not Gardenview is an educational center for kids with mascots who have their own show. The place was mysteriously shut down. The reason is that Dandy's (and Pebble's( his pet dog)) toonhandlerDevan Reed, and one of the founders, Delilah Keen, decided to start 'the ichor operation'. Dandy was forced to turn his friends into horrible monsters. The founders just left the toons to rot there, until they eventually die and turn into twisteds.
