The lunar becomes red twice a month, it's not a blessing as you may see. The animals becomes warthy and blood thirsty creatures and some of the hybrids even mutates. The ruler of this world is very dangerous and difficult, they're the reasons why the animals mutates. They're corrupted of power and entertainment. Although it's still innocent as it's seem you'll see soon. Once the Kingdom strikes, the time will roar.. there's 6 nations around the world, they were once in peace but by the effect of the Blood Moon, they're in denial and blames the other nations. There's the nation of phoenix, dragons named "Echo", gem-pandas, elemental crab/squid/seahorse, zhyros (kind of dinosaurs) and lastly lit-pumpkins that takes the form of animals. Yet every nations has their own unique weapons, Scythe, Guns, Daggers, And elemental energy.
