Yeah, she is the first. There's a little story about finding a serial killer with a few characters. With the serial killer being Zee, another character. Ironically Ruby does capture Zee but after she is Corrupted.

umm... that's not how law works. you don't cooperate(not saying anything) you can't be assumed guilty. that's not how law works. it's a 5th amendment right to stay silent.
