regardless of how anyone feels about Trump, I don't think seeing him get shot would've solved anything, nor would I want to see something like that happen even to my worst enemy. I think if Trump had gotten shot, it would've made him a martyr to a lot of people. And we all saw what happened on January 6 a few years ago when Trump lost the last election, as I can imagine a similar situation happening if Trump had been shot. not saying I'd want that as I don't, but you know what would've been a possibility. plus Biden even denounced that assassination attempt too.
