Ahem. In 3-2 where the fight in the talkie takes place Gabriel is the Arch Angel, Jusge of hell and will of god, after you will the fight Gabriel re-appears in 6-2 where he crashes out and kills the council who manages heaven. V1 was built near the end of the Great War which wiped out humanity and wasn’t used. Later he was sent to hell to deal with…i…I forgot… but he was sent to hell with one goal and that goal is to murder. By the time of 6-2 aka Heresy’s Climax V1 inspired other machines to destroy the layers and they destroyed Limbo, Lust and Gluttony soon to follow. Anyways that lore.
