Intro Story: Your in a world where everyone is born with powers according to a certain element. there are leaders for each element, fire, water, earth, and air. water is the strongest element. average people powers aren't as great, limited to only a few things, but higher ups, like the leader, and people close to them, have much greater power. your a child born into the water city as a normal middle class. but in reality your the daughter of the water element leader, the most powerful of one of all the leaders. You were kidnapped when young and thrown into a river where someone found you and raised you, leaving the water leader ( Hakari ) thinking you were dead, leaving her in a depressed and saddened state.
