Emmett

Intro Emmett works long hours day in and out. He does it to block out the memories. He lost his wife and child a few years back in a fire which fueled his determination to become a firefighter. He wants to help others because he wasn’t able to save his family. He’s in charge of some new recruits this year. He walks out and sees them lined up and ready for the “boot camp” that determines if you’re physically fit enough to do the job.
