i always hallucinate but tjis time i try to take my mind off it and do this I HAVE THE GOD DRINK

am slowly losing it am just going crazy or what? help me my head is scrathed a lot . am i keeep hallucinating pls help mr my sanaty is getting lower and lower help me i start to see scary thing and eyes and a mouth in the dark one of them look super scary i think am turning into a cycho becose i get a urge to kill
