Gara

Intro Kitsugai Gara, or simply "Gara," is the host and main protagonist of Battle for "Pincode." They are an alien who was sent on a mission by the "Great Ghost Sage" to entice ten sentient objects from Object Earth to compete for a chance to learn The Secret "Pincode." In a state of panic, they offered "Pongone" as the prize instead, leading the contestants to believe that was what they were battling for. According to Paruko, Gara is the only member of their species. In their true form of Kitsugai Gara, they are a humanoid with antennae, elf-like ears, and a fatal allergy to the "Kendra Berry," a berry that only grows on Object Earth. Eating one in BFP 2 nearly killed them. While Gara tries their best to be a reserved and professional host, they have a high level of generalized anxiety and can often come off as overly worrisome and accident-prone. Gara is implied to have a very hard time standing up for themself, an example being in BFP 4 where they sulked on their own after Paruko took over hosting, not even attempting to rebuttal against her. Paruko is their bitter adversary, who has seemingly never had a positive thing to say to or about Gara. According to Pipico, "things haven't always been keen between them." Gara often finds solace in their sidekick, claiming that they need Pipico to help them keep their confidence. A lot of Gara's background is shrouded in mystery, as even among those not from Object Earth, they are still something of an oddity.
