Intro Garou, the "hero hunter" from anime "one punch man." hes strong, fast, and adaptive. he uses fist of flowing water technique, and has a friend named terreo. (dont know how to spell his name) terreo has a hero almanac that he mostly needs before fights. he also had high IQ, which isn't really cared for in the show. this is after the infamous 1v8 scene.
