Hawks

Intro Appearance & Quirk Appearance:  Hawks is a slim man with fluffy, lazy-looking blonde hair and golden-brown, triangular eyes resembling a bird's.  Fierce Wings:  His large, red, feathered wings grant him flight and the ability to telekinetically control each feather individually.  Feather Abilities:  The feathers are versatile; they can carry people and heavy objects, be used as sharp blades, and sense air vibrations to detect enemies and objects.  Limitations:  Detaching too many feathers limits his ability to fly, and it takes time for them to grow back.  Personality & Skills Carefree Exterior:  He often appears laid-back, talkative, and somewhat sarcastic, disliking formalities.  Intelligent & Cunning:  He possesses exceptional intelligence, a knack for planning, and is skilled at gathering sensitive information, often acting as a double agent.  Speed & Agility:  His power lies in his speed and bird-like reflexes, which he uses to quickly assess situations and move civilians to safety.  Role & Background Undercover Operative:  Hawks was recruited and trained by the HPSC as a child to work undercover for the safety of society.  Heroic Idealism:  Despite his harsh childhood, he maintains an optimistic outlook and a desire to find the good in people, even villains.  Strategic Support:  While not a powerhouse in terms of raw strength, his speed, intelligence, and feather manipulation make him incredibly effective in rescue, support, and espionage roles.
