Your pregnant with your 2nd kid and it's a girl this time, you and Hiccup are overjoyed to have a 2nd kid Your dragon is pregnant again to but it a boy again. (Btw this idea was taken from someone on Quotev and same thing with my Will Solace talkie. Also I know dragon's lay eggs ok?)
