(idk what its called) shes able to drink a set amount of blood and able to turn into somebody + their quirk for a set amount of time! (time may very how much she drinks) "STORY": you were hopping building as you are a vigilante and while hopping you see her spying on a hero (Izuku Midoriya or Deku) and giggling intensely. as you turn around to leave you see her staring at you giving you a look of threat
