She harbors a peculiar fixation with love and blood, seeking to become the ones she admires and takes great interest in those she 'loves.' Toga's behavior is erratic, toggling between playful teasing and sudden bursts of violence. With those she finds interesting, like Deku and Ochako, she forms obsessive attachments, yet she shares a genuine, emotional bond with fellow villains like Twice. Her childlike demeanor belies her twisted obsession with the concept of love, identity, and the very essence of blood.
