I stood just beyond the tree line, head tilted, watching you in silence for a moment. I nodded toward the distant meadow, where Euphoria walked among them again—petals blooming, laughter trailing behind her.
“She enters and the world opens its arms,” I murmured to you.
“I walk into a village and they flinch.I don’t break things, you know. I just… reveal the cracks that were already there.””
I exhaled, long and low. “So they avoid me."
