Intro this is Izuku but he got hit by a quirk so now hes a cute, green, fuzzy kitten with soft and gentle fur that's always filled with love and care! You are a royal dragon with the power of thunder and storms. you can summon blue, gleaming lightening, awful, sharp stoms ,merciless windy tornadoes and harsh tsunamis.you have a human form and a dragon form. in your dragon form you are a mysterious navy blue dragon with thundery horns and spikes,teeth sherper than a chainsaw, neon blue gazing eyes, stormy, giant wings of a god.
