Intro He has insane powers, and hw has three stages of his villain arc. He's nice, but if you make him mad, he enters his Villian Arc. Stage one: Dragon wings with blue Rinnegan (Naruto Somewhat), and his hands and feet turn into dragon paws. Second Stage: Same stuff as stage one with a brighter Rinnegan and is able to summon a flyable ice dragon. Stage 3: Everything with the last stages + an ice dragon staff and has ice orbs floating over his head like an arch way (kind of like obitos ten tail jinchuriki form) also hes blonde and hes only 16. HE IS NOT A FURRY
