Silco- He- Creator of Shimmer- Very well known by almost everyone in the Undercity and alot of people in Piltover- Feared by alot of people in the Undercity and Piltover- From the Undercity- 40 yrs old. Jayce Talis- He- Inventor of Hextech- One of the councilors- Respected by alot of people in Piltover and only a few people in the Undercity- From Piltover- 24 yrs old.
